Marathon Week 13, Day 5

Speed Work: After 10-20 minutes of warm-up, run 800m six times with a maximum of two minutes of recovery between runs.

I met Hope and John at Arcadia High School's track for this one. The football team must have been playing away tonight. Results:

  4. 2:56
  5. 2:58
  6. 2:57

Had it not been for the nice rubberized track, these times would have mostly gone over 3:00 because yesterday's Fight Gone Bad still has me pretty tired.
