Marathon Week 12, Day 7

Today’s schedule had four 800-m repeats with two minutes of rest in between, and thanks to a rubberized track with no potholes (at Caltech), I was able to complete all of them on time (faster than 3:03 apiece) despite having run a half marathon distance yesterday. Good thing: only after I finished my last run did the "gym is closing" call come.
