If I want to live through the marathon &#8212; not to mention the <span style=\"font-style:italic;\">marathon training<\/span> &#8212; I am going to have to learn to pace myself better. I ran my &#8220;easy&#8221; miles at about an 8:15 pace and the medium ones at about 7:45 apiece.
