I have to get back together with my heliophobic <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teamcrossfitacademy.com\/\">Team 0600<\/a> friends soon. We did <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teamcrossfitacademy.com\/_wordpress\/?p=192\">the posted Workout of the Day<\/a>, which was 5-5-5-5-5 deadlifts.
