Yesterday, I had an error message on a Dell Latitude laptop computer reading, “Document Manager service could not be started. Please verify Vault Filter is loaded and running.” Solution: Delete registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\WavXMgr
